Part time work for people who know building. You visit a site, follow our checklist, photograph everything, and write down what you see. We train you.

The work, in plain words.

Ghanaians living abroad send money home to build houses. Often, nobody they trust ever stands on the site. That is where you come in.

You visit a building site in your city at an agreed time. You follow our fixed checklist, written against the Ghana Building Code. You take photographs and video, wide first, then close. You measure what can be measured, with the tape in the picture. You write down what you see, honestly. We review every report in the United Kingdom before the owner receives it.

One visit takes around half a day, including travel. You do not sell anything, you do not supervise the builder, and you never handle anybody's money.

Who fits this work.

Building technology, construction, civil engineering or quantity surveying background. HND, degree, or solid site experience.
National service leavers are very welcome.
You live in or near Accra, Kumasi or Tema and can travel within your city.
You are honest, careful, and you notice details.

What you need.

A smartphone with a good camera.
A police clearance certificate before your first visit. We guide you through applying for one.
Good written English for your site notes.

What we give you.

Full training on our checklist and our way of working. You do not pay for training.
You are paid for every completed visit, plus your transport costs. The rate is confirmed with you during your application, before any visit takes place.
A company identity card with your name and photograph.
Two companies behind you. Obrempong Global Ltd in the United Kingdom, company number 16489710, and Obrempong Global Ltd in Ghana, registered at the Office of the Registrar of Companies, number CS276311225. You are engaged in Ghana, by our Ghana company, under Ghanaian law.

We never ask an applicant for money. Not for forms, not for training, not for anything. If anyone asks you for money in our name, it is not us.

How to apply.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your name, your city, and one or two lines about your background. That is all we need to start. We reply to everyone.

After that, we will ask you to do two short things before we speak. Neither of them costs you anything.
