Privacy Notice

Obrempong Global Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16489710, provides independent site verification services for people funding projects in Ghana. This notice explains what personal information we hold when you contact or use us, and how we treat it.

What we collect

When you enquire or book, we collect what you give us: your name, your contact details, your country, and information about your project, including its location, the people connected to it such as your builder or site contact, and what you have been told about progress. When we carry out an inspection, we collect photographs, video and written observations of the site.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: delivering the verification service you asked for. That means arranging the visit, briefing the inspector, preparing and reviewing your report, answering your questions, and keeping proper records of the work so our findings can always be supported. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising to others.

Who sees it

Your information is shared only with the people needed to deliver your service: the inspector assigned to your site, who receives only what the visit requires, our partner company in Ghana that carries out inspections under written agreement, and the service providers that host our email and files. Everyone in that chain is bound by confidentiality. Your report is shared with you and nobody else, unless you ask us in writing to share it.

Photographs of people

Our inspectors photograph buildings, not people. Where a person appears incidentally in site evidence, we keep the image only as part of the case record. We ask clients to tell their site contacts that a documented progress visit will take place.

How long we keep it

We keep case records, including reports and evidence, so that findings can be supported if questioned later. If you would like your personal information removed earlier, contact us and we will explain honestly what can be deleted and what we must keep, and why.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, and complain if you believe we have treated your information badly. UK data protection law gives you these rights, and the Information Commissioner's Office is the UK regulator if you remain unhappy after speaking with us. Obrempong Global Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, registration reference ZC218881.
