When you are funding, financing or overseeing a project in Ghana that you cannot stand on every week, we stand on it for you, and report the observed position factually, visit by visit.
Project owners, private developers, funders and investors, NGOs and development organisations, consultants, and delivery organisations that want an independent record of progress on the ground. We work for whoever commissions us, report only to them, and take no side between the parties on a project.
One reporting rhythm does not fit every project, so the scope is agreed with you: a single verification visit before a payment decision, a weekly or monthly programme for a live project, or a one off record of condition at handover or standstill.
Your report separates three things and labels them: what was observed, what was reported to our person on site by others, and where a professional opinion from a named discipline is needed. A variance between reported progress and observed progress is stated as a variance requiring clarification, never as an accusation.
We do not supervise, instruct or manage anyone's contractors or workers. We do not provide engineering assessment, structural opinion or quantity surveying valuation; where those are needed, the report says so and names the discipline. We report the position on the day, and no report can speak for what happens after the visit. We never hold project funds, and we are appointed only by the commissioning client, so if a project owner, a funder or a public body appoints us, we support that client's project delivery and report to them.
